GESTÃO DE PROPRIEDADES RURAIS: PROCESSO ESTRUTURADO DE REVISÃO DE LITERATURA E ANÁLISE SISTÊMICA

Abstract

A gestão de propriedades rurais tem como desafios a melhoria dos resultados socioambientais e financeiros. Os resultados sócio ambientais são conseqüência da conscientização de uma visão de longo prazo (sustentabilidade) em detrimento da visão imediatista.  Este artigo tem como objetivos: i) utilizar um processo para identificar os artigos mais relevantes para o tema de pesquisa ”Gestão de Propriedades Rurais” e ii) para este portifólio bibliográfico evidenciar as oportunidades de pesquisa em cada lente e globalmente, para as lentes representativas da visão de mundo adotadas pelo pesquisador.  O processo estruturado de pesquisa e revisão de literatura foi construído com apoio na base de dados Web of Science. Este processo estruturado permitiu: i) identificar um conjunto de artigos (19) relevantes que, segundo o pesquisador, estão alinhados com seu assunto de interesse e tem destaque científico; ii) evidenciar as oportunidades de pesquisa em cada lente e globalmente, para as lentes representativas da visão de mundo adotadas pelo pesquisador; e iii) construir um grau de conhecimento suficiente para, em uma forma fundamentada, evidenciar a pergunta de pesquisa e seus objetivos.    Palavras chaves: agronegócio, pesquisa, gestão.   ABSTRACT               The management of rural properties has challenges as improving the social, environmental and financial results. The results are a consequence of social environmental awareness of a long-term (sustainability) rather than immediate vision. This article aims to: i) propose process to identify the articles most relevant to the research theme "Management of Rural Properties" and ii) for this portfolio literature highlight the opportunities for research on each lens and globally, to the lenses represent the world view adopted by the researcher. The structured process of research and literature review was constructed with support in the database Web of Science. This structured allowed: i) identify a set of articles (19) relevant, according to the researcher, are aligned with your subject of interest and has highlighted scientific, ii) highlight the opportunities for research on each lens and globally, for the lenses representing the world view adopted by the researcher, and iii) build a level of knowledge sufficient to, in a reasoned manner, highlighting the research question and your goals.   Key words: agribusiness, research, management.
