Melhores práticas na atenção primária para pessoas com hipertensão e diabetes: revisão integrativa
Resumo
Objetivo: identificar as fragilidades do programa HIPERDIA da atenção primária à saúde no controle da hipertensão arterial e diabetes. Método: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura com 11 artigos originais publicados no período de 2004 a 2019, sendo excluídos artigos duplicados e revisões. Resultados: foram evidenciadas diversas fragilidades no programa, como insuficiência de profissionais, necessidade de capacitação, demora no atendimento e agendamento de consultas. No entanto, destacou-se a importância do profissional de enfermagem na conscientização dos pacientes e na adesão ao tratamento, promovendo a prevenção e o controle eficaz dessas doenças. Conclusão: implementar mudanças organizacionais e intensificar as práticas de cuidado de hipertensão e diabetes mellitus contribui para o fortalecimento do Sistema Único de Saúde, garantindo assim um futuro onde todos tenham acesso à saúde, promovendo um Brasil mais saudável e equitativo para as próximas gerações.Downloads
