Ser enfermeiro na perspectiva de estudantes de enfermagem do nordeste brasileiro no contexto pandemico
Resumo
Objetivo: analisar o ser enfermeiro nas narrativas de graduandos de enfermagem do nordeste brasileiro no contexto pandêmico. Método: estudo qualitativo, com 12 estudantes de enfermagem de uma universidade do Nordeste do Brasil, realizado em novembro de 2021. As narrativas foram analisadas por meio da análise de conteúdo. Resultados: os achados evidenciam como a pandemia de Covid-19 impactou a identidade profissional do enfermeiro; apontam aspectos referentes aos desafios, vocação, valorização, exposição aos riscos, ensino remoto, apoio familiar e expectativas futuras. Reforça a importância do cuidado humanizado, do reconhecimento social e da autonomia profissional para o fortalecimento da identidade do enfermeiro no cenário pós-pandêmico. Conclusões: a pandemia evidenciou a importância e as fragilidades da Enfermagem, reforçando sua identidade profissional. Apesar da valorização simbólica, foi observado estigmas sociais e condições inadequadas para o ensino e o trabalho, o que revelam a necessidade urgente de políticas públicas que garantam apoio, reconhecimento e valorização efetiva.Downloads
