Úlcera venosa e a absorção vertical de coberturas no processo de enfermagem: relato de caso
Resumo
Objetivo: Descrever o processo de enfermagem no cuidado à pessoa com úlcera venosa de difícil cicatrização e o uso de coberturas de absorção vertical na atenção primária. Método: Trata-se de relato de caso sobre o processo de enfermagem para mulher de 66 anos, obesa e com úlcera venosa de difícil cicatrização, na atenção primária à saúde, no primeiro semestre de 2024. Resultados: O processo de enfermagem permitiu diagnóstico de Integridade da pele prejudicada, tratamento das lesões com destaque para escolha adequada da cobertura, controle de infecção, cuidados com a circulação venosa e educação em saúde, possibilitando a cicatrização da lesão. Conclusão: As etapas do processo de enfermagem permitiram a investigação, cuidado e tratamento do caso com qualidade e otimização do tempo de cura. A escolha adequada da cobertura com absorção vertical foi determinante na evolução e cicatrização da úlcera.
