Banho no leito em terapia intensiva: sentidos e sensopercepção no cuidado de enfermagem
Resumo
Objetivo: analisar a sensopercepção de profissionais de enfermagem durante a ação de banhar no leito em unidades de terapia intensiva. Método: estudo qualitativo, descritivo, realizado em duas unidades de um hospital público no norte do Brasil, com 20 profissionais de enfermagem. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas, organizados e analisados em categorias segundo a técnica de Laurence Bardin. Resultados: os sentidos da visão, tato e olfato destacaram-se como instrumentos de avaliação clínica, identificação precoce de alterações e fortalecimento do vínculo com o paciente. A intuição clínica destacou-se como dimensão relevante da prática assistencial, compreendida como um “sexto sentido” desenvolvido pela experiência, auxiliando na antecipação de agravos, reconhecimento de sinais e tomada de decisão no cuidado ao paciente crítico. Conclusão: a sensopercepção constitui ferramenta clínica essencial no cuidado, integrando percepção sensorial e intuição clínica durante o banho no leito, favorecendo avaliação ampliada, cuidado humanizado, seguro e eficaz.
