Social network and services of residents of therapeutic residential service de Caxias do Sul

Abstract

Objective: to map the social networks and services for residents of Therapeutic Residential Service. Methods: the present study is an excerpt from the qualitative research that rehabilitate entitled Networks - evaluating innovative experiences of composing networks psychosocial care (REDESUL). This is a case study on the city of Caxias do Sul (RS). The methodological approach was made through the call Fourth Generation Evaluation, jointly with the Network Analysis Methodology of Everyday Life. The data collection period was from 07/09/09 to 10/09/09. We performed 700 hours of observation, semi-structured interviews with residents of both SRT, totaling 20 subjects, and two focus groups, one for mapping the social network of residents and another for mapping Network Services, in which mediators were identified inhibitors mediators and collaborators in their networks. Results and discussion: stood out as mediators employees  activities as hippotherapy, among others. As mediators inhibitors highlighted the relationship with families. Final thoughts: emphasizes the use of affect as a therapeutic resource in the work process, rebuilding their ties from a design that frees through autonomy.
