QUALIDADE DO DESTINO E COMPROMETIMENTO DO TURISTA EM DESTINOS TURÍSTICOS INTELIGENTES
Resumo
Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a influência da Gestão do Destinos Inteligentes, Inovação em Serviços e Sustentabilidade Socioambiental na Qualidade do Destino e Comprometimento do Turista em Gestão de Destinos Inteligentes, propondo um framework. A metodologia utilizada foi uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura e Análise de Conteúdo. Artigos foram buscados na base Scopus com termos como “Tourism” e “Smart and Destinations”, resultando em 21 trabalhos selecionados após aplicação de critérios de inclusão/exclusão. Os resultados indicam que gestão inteligente, inovação e sustentabilidade influenciam positivamente a Qualidade do Destino e o Comprometimento do Turista, com as Gerações (Baby Boomers, X, Y e Z) atuando como moderadoras. A principal contribuição acadêmica é a disponibilização de um framework proposto que supera modelos fragmentados, integrando colaboração, participação, transparência, tecnologia, comunicação e responsabilidade. Entre as contribuições práticas, voltadas às decisões gerenciais, destaca-se a identificação da necessidade de abordagens holísticas na gestão de DTI, oferecendo um modelo para gestores e sugerindo validação empírica, por meio da aplicação de um estudo quantitativo, com o uso de técnicas de Análise Multivariada de Dados como a Análise Multivariada de Dados e uso de Modelagem de Equações Estruturais, para análise das relações de influências entre os construtos.
