PERCEPÇÃO DE PROFISSIONAIS DE RECURSOS HUMANOS SOBRE O USO DA GAMIFICAÇÃO EM PROCESSOS DE RECRUTAMENTO E SELEÇÃO

Resumo

Objetivos do estudo: Analisar a percepção de profissionais de Recursos Humanos sobre o potencial da gamificação como estratégia, destacando suas possíveis contribuições para uma experiência mais interativa e eficaz.

Metodologia/abordagem: A pesquisa adotou uma abordagem metodológica de natureza exploratória e qualitativa, utilizando como instrumento de coleta de dados um questionário aplicado a profissionais atuantes na área de Recursos Humanos. Para a realização da análise foi utilizada a técnica denominada análise de conteúdo.

Principais resultados: Os resultados indicam que a gamificação é percebida de forma positiva, sendo associada ao aumento do engajamento dos candidatos, à melhoria da experiência do processo seletivo e à maior eficiência na identificação de competências comportamentais. Contudo, os respondentes também apontam desafios, como a necessidade de alinhamento com a cultura organizacional, investimentos em tecnologia e capacitação dos profissionais envolvidos.

Contribuições acadêmicas: O estudo contribui para a ampliação da literatura sobre gamificação aplicada à gestão de pessoas, especialmente no contexto do recrutamento e seleção, ainda pouco explorado em pesquisas empíricas nacionais.

Contribuições práticas: os achados oferecem subsídios para gestores e profissionais de Recursos Humanos avaliarem de forma crítica a adoção da gamificação, apoiando decisões estratégicas e alinhadas aos objetivos organizacionais.
