Repercussões da hemodiálise na qualidade de vida de doentes renais crônicos
Resumo
Objetivo: compreender as repercussões da hemodiálise na qualidade de vida dos doentes renais crônicos. Método: pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva, realizada com 17 usuários em hemodiálise na Clínica Renal do extremo oeste catarinense. A coleta de dados transcorreu em julho de 2018, por entrevista semiestruturada, de caráter individual, gravadas com aparelho digital. Posteriormente, foram transcritas na íntegra a partir da escuta das gravações. Para análise dos dados, utilizou-se a Análise de Conteúdo do Tipo Temática. O projeto de pesquisa foi aprovado sob parecer número 2.739.414. Resultados: da análise emergiu uma categoria temática: Vivências de doentes renais crônicos submetidos à hemodiálise e as repercussões do tratamento na sua qualidade de vida, a qual aborda os domínios de qualidade de vida. Conclusões: os usuários submetidos à hemodiálise enfrentam uma série de fatores interrelacionados que impõe limitações à forma como vivem, gerando repercussões negativas à sua qualidade de vida.Downloads
