OS ESPAÇOTEMPOS DA NARRATIVA COMO CONSTRUTO TEÓRICO-METODOLÓGICO NA INVESTIGAÇÃO EM LINGUÍSTICA APLICADA

Resumo
O artigo discute o potencial dos estudos das narrativas na compreensão da vida social, ressaltando a natureza discursiva, situada e performativa das narrativas, os modos como são geradas e o porquê, a diferença entre tempo cronológico e narrativo, e o conceito de pequenas narrativas. Algumas narrativas são analisadas para ilustrar os pontos teórico-analíticos discutidos, com base nos construtos de entextualização e elos indexicais. Na conclusão, é apontada a relevância do estudo das práticas narrativas no entendimento de nosso mundo contemporâneo caótico.
