¿Qué entienden las y los gitanos por educación?

Resumo

Este artículo profundiza en la trascendencia epistemológica que adquiere, particularmente en el terreno de la docencia, la saludable disposición a reflexionar con sentido crítico sobre qué se entiende por cultura y educación. Considero que resulta imposible construir sociedades verdaderamente democráticas sin promover la participación de toda la ciudadanía, y tal aspiración pasa necesariamente por desvelar y superar el reduccionismo intelectual y el carácter excluyente que esconden estos conceptos cuando, de manera consciente o inconsciente, se asocian e identifican únicamente con la institución educativa escolar. Palabras clave: Educación, Etnografía, Minoría Gitana, Pedagogía Social What the gypsies understood by education? Abstract:This article explore the epistemological meaning which acquire, in particular in the teaching domain, the health provision to critically reflection about that is understood by culture and education. Considering that is impossible to building truly democratic societies without promoting all citizen participation and this aspiration passes specially by the revelation and overcoming the intellectual reductionism which hides the exclusionary nature of these concepts when, conscious or unconscious, related and identifies only with the educative scholar institution.Keywords: Education, Ethnography, Gypsy minority, Social Pedagogy.
