Interdições e manifestações de poder: uma questão de culturas?

Resumo

A pesquisa traz um estudo etnográfico realizado em uma Instituição de Ensino do Alto Vale do Itajaí, SC, com uma professora do Ensino Fundamental, séries iniciais, e 23 estudantes. A análise dos dados se fez via princípios do discurso, para uma compreensão de como se produzem alguns significados. Pode-se dizer que, entre os resultados da pesquisa, estão as várias maneiras de interditar, dentre elas: o enquadramento dos estudantes aos ritmos de execução das tarefas e a arrumação dos corpos. Conclui-se que as interdições se manifestam no ambiente escolar para que o seu espaço seja um local em que o indivíduo possa ser 'melhorado'. A pesquisa almeja colaborar para a discussão dos estudos relacionados à educação, que têm como campo de investigação a linguagem e, principalmente, quando associada ao debate sobre a interdição e seu vínculo com a cultura, a forma de interdição na escola e o seu uso. AbstractThis research is an ethnographical study carried out at a school in Alto Vale do Itajaí, SC, with a Primary School teacher and 23 students. The data analysis is done through the principles of speech for an understanding of how some meanings are produced. It may be said that there are several ways of interdiction among the research results, such as: the fitting of the students in the rhythm of tasks execution and the arrangement of the bodies. It is concluded that the interdictions manifest in the school environment so that it may be a place where the individual can be "improved". This research aims at contributing in the discussion related to education, which investigation field is language and, specially, when associated to the debate about interdiction and its bond with culture, the way of interdiction at school as well as its use.
