The journal Cadernos do LEPAARQ - Textos de Antropologia, Arqueologia e Patrimônio is edited by the Laboratory of Teaching and Research in Anthropology and Archeology, at the Federal University of Pelotas (LEPAARQ/UFPEL), since 2004. The journal's target audience is the academic community, especially from the three fields of knowledge that give the publication its name, valuing its interdisciplinary dimension. Cadernos do LEPAARQ is a biannual publication, so each annual volume corresponds to two issues. The submission date for manuscripts will be December 31 for the first edition (January to June) and June 30 for the second edition (July to December). Currently, the Cadernos do not adopt limits, minimum or maximum, for the number of articles per issue. As it is a continuous-flow journal, the number of articles published in each issue will always correspond to the journal's editorial flow. This journal offers immediate free access to its content, following the principle that providing free scientific knowledge to the public provides greater global democratization of knowledge. The journal is public and free, and no publication fee is charged.
