Potencialidades turísticas e de divulgação científica da paleontologia e zooarqueologia: novas formas de divulgação de nossa pré-história e cultura locais
Abstract
The southern region a county of the State posses traditionaly, a rich historic contents for these estrategical participations in events wich to established the present geopolitic form of the Rio Grande do Sul State. In this context, is posible to understand the cultural behavior of our generations, in the valorization of our past, in the strengthening process of present traditions. The gaucho is nationaly well-known witha courageous people, recorded to past of struggles and a present time of the intense maintenance of yours traditions. In this thinking, to become nescessary to viability by Pelotas population and near region, new options to understand our regional and state history and pre historic. The zooarchaeology and the paleontology to become thematic strong lines able to give of local cultural site a new manner to understand the our communities evolution. By the vision of zooarchaeology, Pelotas city, to posses excelent material. As yet preliminary works of zooarchaeology contents of the Pelotas owner’s house, go a creating unpublished mark in to the urban fauna knowledge of the charqueadas time. Aferwards wises researches , will be possible to understand the familiarity of epoch society withthe urban and sylvestral fauna, to domestication, feed culture and others. By the paleontological vision, the fossil history of Pelotas city is very poor in terms of paleontologic outcrops, because the features of local geology formation. The other hand, Pelotas posses any museus responsibles to guardianship of important heaps in this area. This way is possible to unite the information rich heap concerning zooarchaeology and paleontology and through the museums and the others culturals sites, to divulge in local and international society, as way to obtain and enrichment of the diferencial soucers of the "turistic culture".
