“SEMPRE À MULHER, PELA MULHER”: A COLUNA FEMINISMO NO JORNAL O PAIZ (RJ) – 1927-1930

Resumo: O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar e analisar as pautas tratadas na coluna intitulada Feminismo, publicada no jornal O Paiz (RJ), nos anos finais da década de 1920. A coluna, assinada por representantes da Federação Brasileira pelo Progresso Feminino (FBPF), associação fundada em 1922 no Rio de Janeiro, dedicava-se tanto a divulgar a associação quanto as conquistas e reivindicações das mulheres para um público mais amplo. Através dessa análise procuramos contribuir para a história das mulheres e dos estudos de gênero, mostrando a participação e o protagonismo delas frente à luta pela ampliação dos direitos femininos no início do século XX e, para alcançar tal intento, nos baseamos na metodologia da Análise de Conteúdo, proposta por Laurence Bardin.Palavras-chave: Feminismo. FBPF.Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present and analyze the guidelines discussed in the column Feminism, published in the newspaper O Paiz (RJ), in the late 1920s. The column, signed by representatives of the Brazilian Federation for Female Progress (FBPF), was dedicated to publicizing the association, the achievements and demands of women to a wider audience.  Through this analysis we seek to contribute to the history of women and gender studies, showing their participation and protagonism in the fight for the expansion of women's rights at the beginning of the 20th century and, in order to achieve this intent, we are based on the methodology of Content Analysis, proposed by Laurence Bardin.Keywords: Feminism.
