PERCEPÇÕES SOBRE A VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA A PARTIR DA ÓTICA DE AGRESSORES DE MULHERES

Resumo: Este artigo diz respeito ao recorte de um estudo que foi realizado junto ao Mestrado em História da Universidade Federal de Pelotas, entre os anos de 2016 e 2018, e se refere à Dissertação apresentada ao programa. O tema se relaciona à violência contra a mulher na contemporaneidade. A metodologia utilizada foi a História oral temática e foram entrevistados 18 réus que estavam sendo julgados no Juizado da Violência Doméstica da comarca de Pelotas, a fim de buscar conhecer suas versões sobre as situações violentas em que haviam se envolvido. A violência, que sempre fez parte da história da humanidade, cerceou a vida de inúmeras mulheres ao longo de todos os períodos históricos, permanecendo nos tempos atuais, apesar da sociedade não admitir mais essas formas de agressão e existirem leis que as proíbem e que visam punir os agressores.Palavras-chave: Violência contra mulher. Masculinidades.Abstract: This article refers to the clipping of a study that was carried out with the Master in History of the Federal University of Pelotas, between the years 2016 and 2018, and refers to the Dissertation presented to the program. The theme is related to violence against women in contemporary times. The methodology used was thematic oral history and 18 defendants who were being tried in the Domestic Violence Court of the Pelotas district were interviewed, in order to seek to know their versions of the violent situations in which they had been involved. Violence, which has always been part of the history of mankind, has surrounded the lives of countless women throughout all historical periods, remaining in current times, despite the fact that society no longer allows these forms of aggression and there are laws that prohibit and that aim at them punish the aggressors.Keywords: Violence against women.
