Revista CEDEPEM

Revista CEDEPEM is a scientific publication linked to the Center for Strategic Studies and Marine Spatial Planning (CEDEPEM), with an emphasis on the fields of Political Science and International Relations.

Its central focus is the dissemination of research focused on the humanities, geopolitics, and the relations between politics and the oceanic ecosystem, seeking to foster critical and innovative approaches to socio-environmental dynamics, power strategies, and global governance. However, general contributions in the areas of PS&IR are also accepted, provided they meet the criteria of quality and relevance defined by the Editorial Board.

Revista CEDEPEM adopts the publication of thematic dossiers, organized periodically based on the demands of research groups and emerging themes, with the objective of encouraging qualified and plural academic debate.

Original and unpublished texts are accepted for evaluation in the following categories: scientific articles, theoretical essays, systematic reviews, case studies, and critical reviews. Works may be submitted in Portuguese or Spanish, observing the formal guidelines of the journal.

CEDEPEM brings together researchers and scholars, forming an inter-institutional, non-partisan, and non-profit scientific community dedicated to promoting awareness of the importance of seas and oceans for human life in its multiple dimensions.
