Abstract

Abstract: This paper explores multilevel governance within the context of climatic and meteorological events, with particular emphasis on the challenges associated with infrastructure. Furthermore, it underscores the urgency of enhanced engagement with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to facilitate the planning of synergistic actions between public and private agents. Based on the case of the climatic and meteorological events that occurred in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, it is suggested that the adoption of this approach possesses the potential to foster unified efforts aimed at infrastructure resilience.
